Computer Aided Design – Computer-aided design as an aid to technical drawing. It creates a virtual 2D/3D model of a technical object using a computer.
This data can then either be printed on a plotter or passed on directly to the production machine (CNC). In CAD, you can represent any spatial imaging (view in different levels and perspectives) on the screen and output it to production machines.

To shorten the processing time and to meet the highest quality standards, we have built our own painting. This includes a clean room class 10000 with spray booth, drying and sludge deposition and a lock with blow off.
We process solvent and water based paints. To achieve the reflecting surfaces (reflectors), high-gloss paints are applied to the original models before the molding. Reflectors are treated with special high temperature resistant coatings and can, if necessary, obtain a protective coating.
From the Latin Cubus, the cube. Cubing means mounting of e.g. body parts to a complete vehicle consisting of submodels. The individual models can separately be fixed on a Cubingbock. On this model technical changes can be made.
Data control model, the data control model is the representation of design data 1:1. It provides the first visual impression; the underlying data can be reviewed, corrected if necessary and returned for changes in the CAD data.

Out of a thermoplastic material (meltable plastic), which is in the form of wire on a spool, by means of a heating nozzle, the material (ABS plastic) is being left along a component geometry and built up in layers on a platform.
The material has high strength and is temperature resistant up to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Functional Model
The functional model allows the verification of some or all functions of a product.
- Laser sintering
In laser sintering, a model out of a special plastic (polyurethane powder material) is being formed in layers by a laser. These models have a high thermal and mechanical stability. Both plastic and metal powders can be used.
Precise measurement of components of all types – manufacturing of measuring protocols – target-performance comparison of the workpiece and the 3D geometry data.
On a modern system VPD (Vapor Phase Deposition) metallizations can be applied to a variety of materials (ABS and PC plastics, resins, SLS, 2K polyurethanes, metals, glass). Vapor deposition is possible with gold, silver, copper, chromium, chromium-nickel. As a protective layer plasma or SIO/SIO2-application under clean room condition is effected.
Secure data transfer (eg CAD) records via special software.
- Original model
The original model is normally manufactured in rapid prototyping (SLA, SLS, FDM), optimized and polished, molded in silicone and produced in a vacuum cast.
- Proportional model
Shows the shape and proportions of an object.
A prototype is a base model created from CAD data for mass production.
It corresponds to the standard product in all areas (dimension and material).
- Rapid Prototyping
Rapid prototyping is the ideal process on the way to time-oriented, fast product development. It offers a short-term implementation of ideas into prototypes, where appropriate, through the gradual development of low-cost intermediate models that can be used for design studies, installation or field trials. With the help of rapid prototyping complex models can be manufactured on the basis of CAD data without the additional use of tools or forms.
Other advantages include fast, cost-effective manufacture of prototypes and models with limited staff.
- Silicone molds
Optimized rapid prototyping models are molded in special silicones and then cast in plastic in a vacuum cast.
- Vacuum Casting
We cast close-to two-component polyurethane casting in silicone molds. The range of resins is extensive and includes different degrees of hardness. Color matching according to customer´s wish is possible, as well as the casting of crystal-clear parts and multi-colored glasses.
On several vacuumcasting machines PU parts up to 2000 x 1000 x 600 mm can be realized.

Vapor Phase Deposition – On a modern system VPD metallizations can be applied in high vacuum on a variety of materials.
The desired brilliance is only being produced by the previous surface treatment, for reflective surfaces, a high-gloss finish is being applied prior to vapor deposition (plasma-enhanced aluminum vapor).
